Do I need to pay for Zoho Books separately?
Yes — Zoho Books is a separate subscription paid directly to Zoho. Plans start from around KES 2,000/month. Our fee covers the setup, integration, and ongoing management — not the Zoho subscription itself.
What is KRA eTIMS and do I really need it?
eTIMS is KRA's system that requires VAT-registered businesses to send every invoice to KRA in real time. It is legally mandatory. Every invoice needs a CU number and QR code from KRA — we handle this automatically through Zoho Books.
How long does the setup take?
A basic Zoho Books setup with eTIMS integration typically takes less than one week from the day we start. More complex setups with multiple branches, automation, and data migration can take 2–3 weeks.
Can you migrate our data from Excel?
Yes — we import your existing customer lists, items, and opening balances from Excel into Zoho Books cleanly. This is included in the setup or available as a one-off task.
We have multiple branches — can Zoho handle that?
Yes. Zoho Books supports multiple locations with separate stock tracking, reporting, and eTIMS connections per branch. We've done this for clients with up to 4 branches across Kenya.
